Year Started at Les Frame: 2017

I ensure that our managers are using their tools such as the MRL (Civil Codes for California), Rules & Regulations, Title 25 and WMA info. We want them to develop a professional relationship with their residents as well as their maintenance employees.

I enjoy the people I meet with every day. I really enjoy resolving issues and coming up with solid solutions. My teammates at LFM are the best to work with.  We have a solid team of professionals who respect one another.  

When I’m not working, I enjoy doing genealogy research and teaching others to find their family roots. I also love to travel and visit my family all over the United States!
