Les Frame Management professionally manages over forty manufactured home communities, and has been doing so for over three decades. LFM is extremely familiar with the nuances of mobilehome communities, their operations, and the unique lifestyle they provide.

LFM operates a wide variety of mobilehome parks. They  range in size from forty-six spaces to four hundred-forty spaces. Of the parks managed, about half are for “older persons, 55 years of age and older,” and the other half are open to “all ages.”  Some parks are also “Resident Owned,” and the rest are “Individually/Investor Owned.”

LFM is operated with a “hands-on” philosophy. The staff consists of on-site managers and assistant managers at all parks, controller and account representatives, financial analysts, an executive manager, and roving management supervisors. LFM has a corporate staff who share the supervisory responsibility for the management of the parks operated, as well as financial analysis and reporting for each park.

LFM prides itself on its’ ability to deal person-to-person with the residents, and treats each individual mobilehome park as a “community within a community.” A well maintained park with fair and personable on-site management is a great place to live, and such a place will have satisfied and content residents. This helps enable a long-term and prosperous existence of the manufactured housing community.

LFM’s services are supplemented by a manufactured homes dealership, called Inpark Sales, allowing the planning, designing, purchasing, and installation of new homes as needed by the corporation. Please use the link on the menu above to get more information on Inpark Sales
